Why does the player stop?
You leave a stream in the background and suddenly the sound cuts out. Returning to the tab, you see a black screen with a "Click here to restart" button or a "Network Error (#2000)" message. This behavior occurs for several reasons:
- Quality change: Twitch tries to adapt the resolution to your connection, which sometimes causes a bug in the HTML5 player.
- WiFi micro-cuts: Loss of the network packet freezes the live stream.
How StreamPulse Auto-Refresh works
StreamPulse monitors the player constantly. As soon as an error code appears on the screen, it injects a command to reset the video player instantly.

- Open the extension dashboard (the icon in your Chrome bar).
- Go to Settings (gear icon).
