The linked Epic account receives the cosmetic whatever Fortnite platform you play on (PC, console or Cloud), since they all go through Epic.
Claim your Fortnite cosmetics
Every completed tier must be claimed in the Twitch inventory before the campaign ends. The cosmetic then appears in your Fortnite locker at next sign-in.
